Michael breaks into Company Headquarters along with Sucre, while Gretchen is meeting directly with the General in an attempt to get the last card herself. Is T-Bag going to leave his criminal ways and turn over a new leaf?
Sara is left with no choice but to take Michael to the hospital as his condtion rapidly worsens.
Sucre and Lincoln are faced with unknown territory as they are left in charge of the operation.
